Yellow and gold makeup with 1g

In more than two years of blogs (and in 25 years of life), I had never tried to wear yellow in makeup. Then, thanks to the new year, some readers have asked me for a suggestion with this color via email, face and comment. Result: this makeup below is seen:

Luckily for me, Contém 1g recently sent me two small product launches that actually made yellow makeup. The compact tone of Freesias Satin and bright golden straw. Look:

  • >> Freesias Satin – It has a nice yellow tint.
  • Not that egg yolk you know? It’s a sweeter thing.
  • Pigmentation is excellent.
  • Works great without primer / fixer.
  • It costs R $ 32.
  • >> Sparkling Golden Straw: this face shadow attracted me because it has a very particular color.
  • It is golden with a slight greenish color.
  • Super shiny and transparent.
  • Great for makeup details or for a smooth look.
  • It costs R $ 18.

In the composition at the beginning of the article, I put more emphasis on Palha Dourada, so the result was more delicate. To create the flag, follow these steps:

>> I started (as always) to apply Light Up of Contém 1g near the eyebrow (it’s the same as Benefit High Brown that I reviewed in this link here). >> Next, I smeared a chocolate brown shadow on the concave and outer corner. >> Then I applied a primer to the entire mobile eyelid. >> I applied the gold straw from the inner corner to the middle of the eye. >> In the center of the eyelid I applied Freesias. >> In the concave outer corner, I went back to smoking the chocolate brown. >> Near the lower lashes I applied and smoked a black pencil, joining the lower part of the eye with the upper part in the inner corner. >> On the outer corner of the upper eyelid, I smoked some opaque black eyeshadow, leaving a brown cast on the outside of that black. >> Next, I applied Golden Straw + a freesia teak on the black pencil near the lower lashes. >> I also smoked some Golden Straw in the concave, from the height of the inner corner to the middle of the eyelid, mixing the Straw with the smoky brown shadow. >> I finished with a black pencil near the upper lashes, eyelash curler, and mascara.

I really enjoyed the result and was very excited about the yellow eye shadow (even soon there will be a full article about). It is a shade that highlights mega green in my eyes and worked with my skin (in fact, yellow is wonderful for light, brown and black skin). Besides the legend that attracts money on New Year’s Eve, right?Hello, hello, hello!

And you, were you excited for the yellow makeup?
