I did a makeup with Surf USA, everything is mobile and black eyelid in the outer corner, concave and glued to the lower lashes, I did not use prebase, apply it to the bare eyelid (only with concealer and powders).
I’m in love with this shadow, PASSIONATE! I also made another makeup with her, made an eye completely black and only used Surf USA to draw and give some color in the inner corner and near the lower lashes.This look shows the divine effect of shadow on black.

Another good option is this Gucci.La turquoise look on each eyelid associated with an illuminator in the inner corner and under the eyebrow, finally very black near the lower lashes. It looks amazing in both blonde and black, you know?The opposite is also nice : turquoise near the lower lashes and black on the moving eyelid as I showed in this tutorial here.
