Phoebe is another divine shadow of NARS’ Dual Intensity line.
Phoebe has a beautiful intense hue ranges from ancient pink to metallic violet, a color that changes according to light.
On the packaging it looks pinker, but when applied, it gives off a more grayish/lilac tone.
WET SEC
Dry, it gets pinker and brighter. When wet, the metallic color appears more intensely. Either way, it looks amazing and easily attaches to the eyelid. I have declared a thousand times my love for this line here on the blog. It’s not even fun to rent hahaha!
I made a make-up using it on the moving eyelid with smoky orange and black eyes to finish an Egyptian semicircle!
