Katy Perry Makeup and Lilac Tutorial

Did I get another beautiful butterfly wing from Bless Cosmetics? The first review I made about this link here. This time I was sent Iridiscent Lilac, look how cute (very fairy tale, isn’t it?).

The tone is this super cute and bright lilac Barbie, the special touch is due to iridescent sequins! As soon as I drew my attention to this butterfly wing, I remembered an amazing make-up worn by Katy Perry at last year’s Grammys, and of course I had to make an inspired look.See what it looks like:

  • It is obvious that the shape of our eyes is totally different.
  • But the important thing is to focus on this color scheme: lilac above.
  • Green below.
  • Do it is super easy.
  • Come with me and I will teach you step by step.
  • Step.

I start the makeup by slightly mixing a gray shadow in the concave and just above, I used Natura Una’s Quartet 5 eye shadow and MAC brush 224.

Then I apply the Bless Cosmetics eye shadow fixer all over the eyelid and apply the iridescent lilac butterfly wing, in the photo I apply it with a brush, but ideally apply it with my fingers, the fixation is better.Support the product against the eyelid, okay?

Now I apply a green shade near the lower lashes, I used NYX’s Lime Pearl and applied it with Sigma’s E10 brush (it’s the eyeliner brush, I think it’s also ideal for applying eye shadow in this area, it’s very accurate).

Then I apply a black pencil on the waterline very close to the lower and upper lashes, which gives it this slight stain/blur.I used Zero from Urban Decay.

In the inner corner I apply, with Sigma’s E65 beveled brush, an iridescent white hue (also valley illuminator), I used Bless Cosmetics laser powders.

Now I blur the gray shadow again in the concave and outer corner, then reinforce the iridescent lilac of the eyelid.

Do I end up with a black outline? Kitty: very basic (I used MAC Fluidline and MAC brush 209), eyelash curler and mascara (I soon used Maybelline’s powerful “The Falsies”).

Did you like it? In addition to the iridescent lilacs, I also received the iridescent pink princess, another beautiful one I’ll soon show you here.
