To repair, I recommend a prebase or a creamy base. I really like to use it on Mary Kay eye bait or Too Faced’s Glue Glitter. They’re both great! Look at the mark I made with Mermaid:
It’s beautiful, isn’t it? And since it has this more transparent base, enthella with any shade underneath, I recommend using it with transparent neutral bases and with colors like green, blue and lilac, in brown and black is too weak, you will surely still see a lot of Mermaid here on the blog!
